Aktuallisierung der WCAG2ICT Richtlinien (Guidance on Applying WCAG 2 to Non-Web Information and Communications Technologies (WCAG2ICT))
Am 21. August 2025 wurde der W3C-Group-Note „Guidance on Applying WCAG 2 to Non-Web Information and Communications Technologies (WCAG2ICT)“ aktualisiert. Diese Richtlinie erklärt nun umfassend, wie die WCAG-Versionen 2.0, 2.1 und 2.2 auf nicht-webbasierte Dokumente, Software und andere IKT angewendet werden können – und steht damit im Einklang mit der überarbeiteten europäischen Norm EN 301 549, welche Anforderungen an die Barrierefreiheit von IKT-Produkten regelt
